HOME LOAN MARKET UPDATE | APRIL 2020

In this month’s monthly market update we discuss COVID-19 and the impacts that may be relevant to your own personal situation , particularly if your employment has been affected over the last few months. If you have an existing home and/or investment loan then the banks are generally very accommodating in allowing you to pause or minimise your repayments. If you are looking to buy a property it is imperative that you have a pre-approval in place and that you double check with your broker that this pre-approval is still valid if your circumstances have changed since your initial application.

As always I am happy to have a chat (not a coffee unfortunately!) and advise on your personal circumstances.

Sean.
